Writing a newspaper article on an event from Arthurian Legend

- An engaging headline (puns, alliteration)

- Who? What? Where? When? Why? (format)

- Reported and direct speech (eye-witness accounts)

- Past tense (usually)

- Formal language

- Variety of sentence lengths
